 Ingredients 3 eggs, beaten 4 mushrooms, washed, sliced, but not peeled (use whatever variety you prefer) 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon cream 1/4 teaspoon salt A dash of white pepper or paprika Instructions Put butter in a frying pan. When foaming, put in the mushrooms and let cook for about 2 minutes. Pour eggs into frying pan. Follow the directions for a plain omelet. |
